PIX4Dcatch offers enhanced support for Trimble Catalyst DA2
The new release from PIX4Dcatch offers improved compatibility with the Trimble Catalyst DA2. The Trimble DA2 is a GNSS receiver designed to deliver precise positioning. Either pole-mounted or hand-held, it offers flexibility in the field and delivers scalable accuracy, from centimeter-level RTK to sub-meter precision.
While PIX4Dcatch has supported the Trimble Catalyst DA2 since April, the latest update simplifies the RTK connection process. Users can now select "automatic" in the RTK connection frame, which automatically applies camera offsets and removes the need for manual input, streamlining the workflow.
Currently, this enhanced integration is only available in Europe. However, it marks a significant step toward making high-precision data capture easier and more efficient for professionals using PIX4Dcatch and the Trimble Catalyst DA2.
