Can I try Pix4D software?

Yes, we offer free trials for our solutions for a limited duration of time. Free trials are available here.

What are my payment options?

The Pix4D online store accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link worldwide.
Additional Regional Payment Options:
  • Europe: Bank transfers (including the UK) and SEPA Direct Debit are supported. Additionally, we accept Cartes Bancaires (France), Twint (Switzerland), Multibanco (Portugal), Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), and iDEAL (Netherlands).
  • United States: ACH Direct Debit and bank transfers are available.
  • Japan & Mexico: Bank transfers are accepted.
Please note that different or additional payment options may be available when purchasing directly through our Sales team or official partners. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Sales.

Can I purchase a monthly subscription?

Yes, Pix4D subscriptions renew on a month-to-month or on a yearly or three-year basis. It can be canceled at any time before the renewal date.

Can I get trained on the software?

Yes, we offer training for Pix4D products. Find more information about our learning resources on the training page.

Can I purchase Cloud processing for a PIX4Dmapper license?

Yes. For subscriptions, simply add PIX4Dcloud to your plan. For one-time charge licences, contact our sales team for more information.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time from your Pix4D user account. Any downgrade changes, including cancellations, will only take effect at the end of your existing billing cycle. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription, it will not auto-renew, and you will not be billed at the end of the current billing cycle.
